On 16th April Bourne Lodge No. 37 celebrated the Installation of a new Master, W Bro. Meg Green in  their new masonic home at the Knole Masonic Centre. It was a happy day but one tinged with sadness as the lodge remembered W. Bro Alan Bailey, husband of W Bro. Working with UGLE

Freemasonry for Women has been working with the Province of Middlesex on their initiative to raise the profile of Freemasonry in the Middlesex area. Two events have been held so far, one at Twickenham and one at Harrow. The events were publicised on Facebook and many people expressed an interest.  Each event featured an introduction from Nigel Codron, the Assistant Provincial Grand  Master, followed by comprehensive explanations and illustrations. Grand Master Christine Chapman was asked to give a brief presentation on Women’s Freemasonry. The highlight of each event was the testimony of the young members  who talked about their journey in Freemasonry. The next event is scheduled for 7th March at the Hillingdon Masonic Centre.
