A special presentation event was held in the magnificent surroundings of Drapers Hall on 30th October to showcase the work of the Charity. The Grand Master Christine Chapman, the Past Grand Master Bernice Abram and the President of the HFAF Charity Beverley Emden presented a cheque for £5000 to Canine Partners on behalf of the HFAF Charity, for the purchase and training of a puppy to be named Tyler. Due to the generosity of a benefactor all online donations were being matched. So our donation was increased to £10,000.
Since then we have received the news that a suitable puppy has been selected for training. We really hope that this adorable puppy becomes a successful Canine Partner in the future.
